BIO:

Sam grew up playing travel soccer and gymnastics. She eventually fell in love with yoga in her teen years and became a certified yoga teacher at the age of 19. After teaching yoga for a year, she wanted to learn more about human anatomy and how to help herself and other build muscle and strength. She graduated from the Fitness and Health Promotion program during college and became a Certified Personal Trainer with the Ontario Fitness Council. Since then, she’s worked with the public; helping clients reach their fitness goals, alleviate pain, improve how they function and feel day to day and has guided them into making healthier nutrition choices. She believes in making small changes every day so that we can live a long and healthy life rather than torturing yourself to get quick results. The clients that she has worked with see the best results from combining strength training, cardio, and yoga/mobility work.
