Rachelle has helped countless clients achieve their fitness goals and improve their overall health and well-being. Rachelle's passion for fitness and wellness began at a young age when she started practicing gymnastics. She quickly fell in love with the sport and spent many years training and competing at a high level. Her background in gymnastics has given her a deep understanding of body mechanics, balance, coordination, and flexibility, which she incorporates into her training programs.

After retiring from gymnastics & cheerleading, Rachelle discovered her passion for fitness bodybuilding. She began training intensively, focusing on building muscle mass and strength. Her dedication and hard work paid off, and she quickly became a competitive bodybuilder, winning several awards and titles.

Rachelle's love for fitness and helping others led her to become a personal trainer. She started running boot camps to help people get fit and healthy in a fun and supportive environment. Her boot camps are known for their high energy, challenging workouts that push clients to their limits while providing them with the motivation and support they need to succeed.
